On Monday, May 2nd, 2022 the Minnesota Twins decided to place their veteran 3rd – baseman / 1st – baseman, Miguel Sano, on the 10 – day injured list. Sano recently suffered a sprained knee, and his move over to the injured list is retroactive to last Sunday, May 1st, 2022 when Miguel missed that day’s game for the Minnesota Twins against the Tampa Bay Rays.
